This blog fails as a dream journal so i'm going to revamp it into a blog to display my art. I said this before but i mean completely change it. so watch out. change is coming.

i think i.m going to transition this blog from just dreams to dreams and art because it has been MONTHS and i hate not posting. so i'm going to start off by posting one of my newest creations.

Sadly i feel like this blog has become more of a blog for music videos about dreams than the dreams themselves, hopefully i can fix that soon

Dream Inspired XIV: Cousins

Vampire Weekend is so weird... i love it.

This video is more wacky than dreamy, but thats nothing new for the weekend of vampires.

I will definitely be posting more of their stuff.

Dreamless Nights...

Because of sleepless nights. Why is it so impossible to have crazy cool dreams when your a sleep deprived college student? And here i thought the mentally brittle state of sleep deprovation would be a breeding ground for my most fantastically bizarre dreams.

I was wrong.

I have had a few dreams, but none that i found blogworthy, just slightly enjoyable and impossible to remember after 5 minutes.

Hopefully my 5 week winter vacation will be the perfect opportunity turn this blog into an actual dream blog again. It would be so absolutely amazing if readers could submit their dreams to be posted, but im not quite at that level yet.

Until then, i will continue to post new dream inspiring things.

i hope they actually inspire you.

Dream Inspired XIII: Firelflies

I have been away for so long and despite my many attempts to return, my schoolwork simply won.y make it easy for me to write or dream, but i won.t give up.

My newest post is yet another dream inspired, such a fitting title due to the simple fact that i have both been touched and inspired by this song and video personally. I love anything with a whimsical child-like presence to it since it reminds me of myself so much, but I don.t know what it is, but something about this song made my love for it inevitable.

I feel like what i just said made me sound just a wee bit bizarre, but i think you should take a look at Fireflies by Owl City for yourself.

The dream aspect of this video and song is pretty apparent once you press play.

I sincerely hope you enjoy it as much as i did.

Dream Inspired XII: Alice

I stumbled upon this video ever so recently and found it both strangely addicting and refreshingly appropriate for this dream blog. We all know too well the story of Alice in Wonderland and how the entire story revolves around one of the most uniquely ridiculous dreams in existence {a bit of an exxaggeration on my part, i have yet to hear your dreams}.

I hope you enjoy it as much as i did. Try not to become to mesmerized.

It.s Been So Long...

Since I.ve posted an entry. Almost a month sadly. I.ve missed blogging so much but i.ve had to put my dreams on hold for the start of my freshman year in college and other personal disasters. I promise that i will be back soon with a headful of bizarre, zany, and crazy dreams to share. I can.t wait to show how mental i.ve become. Until then. ttfn.

I just found something so absolutely dreaming about Bruno Dayan.s work, so much so, one of is pieces now graces the truly madly blog as it.s new header.

The harmony between art, photography, and fashion in his pictures are just so beautiful.

The sparkling lights were a great touch don.t you think?

Dream Inspired X: Where The Wild Things Are

Finally, a classic children.s book that a very large majority of us grew up with has been made into a live action movie.

It.s a lovely and wild {mostly wild... ok lovely} story about a young boy and the power of his dreams.

I will definitely be waiting in the ticket line, with my little brother.s hand clasped in mine when this film comes out in october.
